Mental Health Awareness Week

This week (11-17 May 2015) is the Mental Health Foundation’s Mental Health Awareness week (#mhaw15). More information can be found at their website, with this year’s theme being mindfulness, which is particularly effective to reduce stress and combat symptoms of depression. With benefits for many of life’s situations, give it a go and Be Mindful.
