Jane, a big thank you for everything you did in my case. Also, I would like to thank you for the way you worked around my work schedule and dealt with me on the phone without appointments. As you are aware, it was difficult for me to get time off work or even schedule a proper telephone meeting but when I phoned, you always called back more or less within a few minutes of me contacting your office and this was a big help. I would also like to pass on my thanks to Jo, who was always helpful, friendly and polite. I would not hesitate in recommending odonnells to any of my friends, family or colleagues should they require help with any similar matters.
