Tribunal Team Vacancy

Following the retirement of a partner, an opportunity has arisen for a qualified solicitor and MH Panel member to play a key role in our mental health tribunal team.

The successful candidate will understand the importance of providing a supportive and understanding experience for our clients, and of being part of a team, will be an accredited member of the Law Society Mental Health panel and have:-

  1. a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, and
  2. the ability to work unsupervised, and to provide training and support to other members of the team, and
  3. experience of dealing with matters under Legal Aid, and
  4. advocacy skills and experience.

Our office is in Preston, but we cover appointments and representation at tribunals throughout the North of England.

Salary dependant on qualifications and experience of the candidate.

Court of Protection Team Vacancy

Due to continued expansion, we have an opportunity for a full time qualified solicitor, to join our busy Court of Protection team.  The successful candidate will understand the importance of providing a supportive and understanding experience for our clients, and of being part of a team, and will have:-

  1. a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, and
  2. the ability to work unsupervised, and to provide training and support to other members of the team, and
  3. experience of DOLS applications, and Court of Protection applications (both financial and welfare issues),
  4. experience of dealing with matters under Legal Aid.

Our office is in Preston, but we attend appointments and court hearings throughout the North of England.

Salary dependant on qualifications and experience of the candidate.
